Dies, lines or parts: four ways to work with us
We supply the tooling, the production line, or both, and we can run the series production for you.
Dies and checking fixtures
Transfer, progressive, tandem and hot stamping dies in steel or cast iron, from simulation to buy-off. Each die ships with its checking fixture.
Stamping diesTurnkey production line
A complete roll forming line, designed, built, CE marked and commissioned in your plant. Remote maintenance available.
Roll forming linesLine and dies
The production line and all its tooling from a single supplier, with one schedule and one point of contact for the whole project.
Roll forming- Our core model
Series production
We host the line in our plants, build and maintain the dies, and deliver the finished parts to your sites.
Series production
What we make
Stamping dies account for 80% of our activity. Roll forming, engineering, series production and services complete the offer.

Stamping dies
Transfer, progressive, tandem and hot stamping dies in steel or cast iron for car makers and Tier 1s, each delivered with its checking fixture.

Roll forming
Roll forming tools and turnkey cold roll forming lines for automotive profiles in aluminium and high-strength steels, CE marked, with remote maintenance.

Engineering
Feasibility study, forming and transfer simulation, die process and 3D die design, part development support and 3D scanning, by dedicated design teams.

Series production
We host the line in our plants, build and maintain the dies, and deliver finished stamped and roll formed parts to your sites. 40 presses from 200 to 3,200 t.

Services
After delivery we stay involved: die spare parts, engineering changes, home-line tryout support, remote maintenance on lines, and worldwide shipping.

Guides for buyers and engineers
All guidesTransfer or progressive die?
Part size, depth, volume, material and press line: the criteria that decide between a transfer die, a progressive die and tandem dies.
Sourcing dies from China
Communication, time zones, quality, buy-off and modifications once the die is in Europe: the real risks of sourcing dies from China, and how we handle each one.
Stamping die lead times
A first die typically takes 4 to 6 months. What drives the lead time, and how parallel work and dedicated designers shorten it.
