When to involve us
The earlier the better. When we work with your engineers during part development, the part reaches the die maker already feasible, and the die is built faster and at lower cost.
Typical changes
Radii too tight for the material, draw depth too high, cut-outs and flanges that cause splits or wrinkles, trim lines that cannot be reached by a cam. Each proposal is backed by a forming simulation.
Working with your design office
We work on your data, in your format, and share simulation results with your engineers until the part is frozen.
