Engineering: from your part data to a validated die process
Feasibility study, forming and transfer simulation, die process and 3D die design, part development support and 3D scanning, by dedicated design teams.

Every die starts in the design office. Our engineers turn your part data into a validated die process before any steel is cut, so problems are solved on screen rather than on the press.
What our engineering covers
- Feasibility study and forming simulation: thinning, splits, wrinkles and springback, checked from your part data.
- Die process and 3D die design: number of operations, die type, die face and full 3D design.
- Transfer simulation: the press transfer motion checked before the die is built.
- Part development support: help for your engineers to make a part feasible in a die.
- 3D scanning: dies and parts digitised for spare parts, modifications and inspection.
Dedicated designers per customer
Each customer has its own design team. The designers learn your die standards, your components and your validation steps, and keep them from one program to the next.
Software we work with
UG NX, CATIA and AutoCAD for design; AutoForm for forming simulation; COPRA for roll forming. Data is exchanged in your native format whenever possible.
Shorter lead times
Process, design and purchasing run in parallel, and our engineers use AI-assisted tools to speed up repetitive design work. A first die typically takes 4 to 6 months from kick-off to shipping.
Frequently asked questions
In which formats can we send part data?
CATIA, NX and neutral formats such as STEP. Tell us your preferred format with your inquiry.
Is our data kept confidential?
Yes. Part data is used only for your project and can be covered by a non-disclosure agreement.
In this section

Stamping simulation
Feasibility study and forming simulation from your part data: thinning, splits, wrinkles and springback, with part change proposals before the die is designed.

Die design
From your part we define the die process: number of operations, die type, die face. Then we design the die in 3D to your standards, with your approval.

Transfer simulation
We simulate the press transfer before the die is built: finger pick-up, motion, interference and stroke rate, using your press and transfer data.

Part development
We help your engineers develop stamped parts that are feasible in a die: radii, draw depth, cut-outs and flanges, early in the program.

3D scanning
We scan dies and parts in 3D to rebuild worn die components, compare parts to CAD, or recreate a die when no drawings exist.
A project in mind?
Dies, a turnkey line or series production: tell us about your project and we will get back to you.
