Flower pattern and roll design
The flower pattern defines how the flat strip becomes the final profile, pass after pass. Our engineers design it in COPRA, then design each set of rolls for the target line and material.
Simulation before machining
Forming is simulated before the rolls are machined: strain, edge waves, twist and springback. Changes are made in the design, not on the line.
Materials and profiles
We design tools for aluminium alloys and high-strength steels, for open and closed profiles, with in-line punching and cut-off when needed.
Tried out on the line
Tools are tried out on a line before shipping and the first profiles are measured. They can be supplied for your existing line or with one of our turnkey lines.
