Every die we deliver comes with its checking fixture, built to the customer's standards so parts can be validated as soon as the die runs.
Why the fixture comes with the die
A stamped part is only accepted once it is measured against its specification. Delivering the checking fixture with the die means parts can be checked from the first tryout, at buy-off and throughout series production, with the same reference.
Built to your standards
Each fixture is designed from the part data and built to the customer’s fixture standard: datum system, clamps, flush and gap checks, hole and trim line checks, and CMM measurement points.
Used at buy-off and in production
At buy-off, the fixture and the CMM report show that the part meets the drawing. In production, it gives the press shop a fast check at the line and a stable reference for audits.
