From your 3D part to line launch, in 12 steps
From your part data to start of production: 12 steps with customer validation at the key milestones, and dedicated project managers in your time zone.

1. Customer 3D part data
You send the 3D definition of the part, the material, volumes and target press.
2. Feasibility study
We simulate the forming and suggest part changes if needed, then confirm the die type and the schedule.
3. Kick-off
We confirm the specification, your standards and the schedule together.
4. Die process
We define the die process: number of operations, die type (transfer, progressive, tandem or hot stamping), blank or strip layout.
5. 3D die design
The die is designed around the process, then submitted for your approval.
6. Purchasing
Castings and steels are ordered while the design is being finished, to save time.
7. Machining / casting
CNC machining of components; large dies are cast, then machined.
8. Assembly and tryout (T0, T1, T2)
Fitting and tryout on our presses, up to 3,200 t, with a measurement report at each loop.
9. Inspection
CMM measurement and 3D scanning of parts, check on the checking fixture.
10. Buy-off and shipping
Your team signs off the die, then we ship on your Incoterm.
11. Line launch
Start-up support on your press, with dedicated die tryout technicians if needed.
12. After-sales
Spare parts and die modifications.
How we shorten lead times
We run some steps in parallel, such as finishing the design while ordering castings. Each customer has dedicated designers who learn their standards from one project to the next. Our engineers also use AI-assisted tools for programming and repetitive design work.
Project follow-up in French, English and Chinese
Your project managers work across the French and Chinese time zones and speak all three languages. In Paris, Mathieu Le Druillennec remains your contact from feasibility to start of production.
