3D die design and die process planning
From your part we define the die process: number of operations, die type, die face. Then we design the die in 3D to your standards, with your approval.

The die process comes first
From the part and the feasibility study, we define the die process: number of operations, die type (transfer, progressive, tandem or hot stamping), blank or strip layout, and the target press.
Die face and 3D design
We design the die face with addendum and binder, then the full 3D die: structure, inserts, punches, pads, guiding, automation interfaces and handling. Every component follows your die standard.
Customer approval at each milestone
You approve the die process, then the 3D design, before castings are ordered and machining starts. Changes are cheaper on screen than on steel.
Designers who know your standards
A dedicated design team works on each customer’s projects and keeps your standards from one program to the next.
