Since 2017 we have designed roll forming tools and complete cold roll forming lines for automotive profiles such as bumper beams, door impact beams, sill and roof reinforcements, seat rails and battery tray profiles. Roll forming accounts for about 20% of our activity.

- Turnkey line: a complete line designed, built, CE marked and commissioned in your plant.
- Line and tools: the line with all its tooling, from one supplier, on one schedule.

Aluminium and high-strength steels
Roll forming suits long profiles with constant cross-section, in aluminium and in advanced high-strength steels. It forms the material progressively, which keeps springback under control on high-strength grades.
Roll design and simulation
Each project starts with a feasibility study, the flower pattern and roll design. Forming is simulated before any roll is machined, then the tools are tried out on the line before shipping.
Our 2026 line
Our latest turnkey line combines 70 servo axes driven by Siemens, 24 forming stations, a 60 t servo flying cut-off and CCD vision in-line inspection. It is CE marked and TÜV certified, and we offer remote maintenance.
