Dongguan Perfect Mould was founded in 2010 in Guangdong. Over 12,000 m², it brings together the design office, machining, assembly and tryout.
Design office
Die process, 3D design and forming simulation are carried out by dedicated teams for each customer.
Machining and assembly
CNC machining centres, including large gantry mills, machine the die components. Die makers assemble, fit and spot the dies before tryout.
Tryout and roll forming
Dies are tried out on the plant’s presses before shipping. Dongguan is also where our roll forming activity started in 2017.
